Girlguiding UK is the United Kingdom's largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women, with around half a million members including about 100,000 trained volunteer adult Leaders and supporters. Boys Brigade
The Boys' Brigade provides a balanced programme of activities for children and young people from 5 to 18 years old. Having recently celebrated its 125th anniversary it continues to to promote "habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness".
Unfortunately our company closed in 2008, during a special church service when the flag was laid down (see our photo gallery). There are, however, 2 other companies in Widnes details of which can be found here
